An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to work with a large Pharmaceutical company in Berkshire.
This is an interim position that may very well go permanent for the right person.
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years’ Human Resources experience, 2 of which have been spent working within Compensation & Benefits. You will be working within a team of highly skilled and professional Compensation & Benefits people so there is a lot of scope to develop yourself. Experience working within a large, international company would help you in this role.
The ideal person will have a high attention to detail, enjoy working in a friendly environment and will ideally have a CIPD certification, although this is not essential. Experience using Excel is essential and an understanding of PeopleSoft would be an advantage.
